The Birmingham Research in Imagery and Observation Group would like to invite you to a one-day workshop to share with you our latest research and how it can be applied to your practice.
Part 1: How to deliver Layered Stimulus Response Training (LSRT)
This training technique developed by the BRIO group has been proven to enhance imagery’s effectiveness. Participants will be guided through variations of LSRT and provided with information on how to deliver this technique as a practitioner.
Part 2: How to develop effective imagery scripts
Drawing from our research and applied experiences, we will explain how to plan, write, deliver, and evaluate scripts by considering the five Ws (who, where and when, why, and what).”
